1. Recognition feed: Vantage Circle uses a dynamic feed ranking and personalized recommendations to foster stronger connections among employees. AI is used to let employees experience enhanced visibility into relevant content based on interactions, ensuring meaningful engagement within your organization.
2. “Share Your Thoughts” feature: This feature allows users to easily craft messages for colleagues' work anniversaries, with AI-generated text tailored to reflect various relationships, whether it's peer-to-peer, manager-to-employee, employee-to-senior or more. The user inputs/selects a few relevant qualities while composing the message, and AI generates relevant messages that the user can edit, if necessary, and make the submission, which then reflects on the Service Anniversary Yearbook.
3. smartText: Vantage Circle’s smartText feature is our intuitive text prediction and autocomplete AI tool. Tailored to your organization's language and culture, smartText suggests complete sentences, appreciations, and recognitions, streamlining the expression of gratitude. The user can edit the suggestion, if necessary, and make the final submission on the platform, which then reflects on the social feed.
4. Reward allocation: Helps maximize the impact of your budget with Vantage Circle’s AI-driven recommendations for monetary awards. Our ML model analyzes past recognitions to suggest the top three deserving employees. Emails get triggered to a budget holder’s inbox, on a monthly or quarterly basis, as per the admin setting within the organization, with suggestions and it helps him/her take the decision on the deserving candidate and complete faster recognition of the team.
5. AI dashboard reporting: Gain actionable insights through Vantage Circle’s AI-powered HR dashboard. Delve into key findings, fluctuations, and trends in recognition data, presented in clear and concise text format. Compare present and past timelines to identify the changes and areas for improvement with ease. This can help empower informed decision-making within your organization.
